Theologian Dr. Ben Burkholder (PhD, Duquesne) will be speaking on the topic of the relevancy of virtue ethics for today, followed by audience Q&A.

Speaker bio:
Dr. Burkholder earned his Ph.D. in Systematic Theology from Duquesne University (Pittsburgh, PA) where he studied ethics, theology, and philosophy. At present, he lectures at La Roche University and Gannon University in the philosophy and religious studies departments. In addition, he has published several academic articles on virtue ethics, environmental ethics, and theology.
